This retro stained glass suncatcher features a striking turquoise-blue flower with a glowing orange centre, paired with warm orange and amber leaves against a soft streaky-white glass background.

The combination of cool blue and warm orange gives this piece a really bold, graphic feel, while the curved floral design and pill-shaped silhouette are inspired by the playful patterns and colour combinations of the 1970s.

Hang it in a sunny window and the colours and textures of the glass really come to life. As the sunlight moves throughout the day, the glass catches and refracts the light, creating changing colour and reflections around the room. ✨

Each piece is handmade by me in my Aberdeen studio using the traditional Tiffany copper foil method. Every individual piece of glass is cut, shaped, foiled and soldered by hand.
