A simpler, geometric take on 70s-inspired stained glass.
This retro suncatcher combines long graphic lines with pops of orange, teal and brown against warm pale yellow glass. The clean design lets the colour and texture of the glass take centre stage — especially when the sunlight hits it.
Placed in a sunny window, the different glasses create a gorgeous mix of colour, texture and refracted light, changing with the light throughout the day.
Every piece is handmade by me in my Aberdeen studio using the traditional Tiffany copper foil method — from cutting and grinding each individual piece of glass to foiling, soldering and finishing.
